In this blog post, we will take you through the process of rewiring and the measures we implemented to ensure our customer's home meets the highest electrical standards.
Do I need an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)?

From 1st July 2020, all electrical installations must be tested before the start of a new tenancy. All existing tenancies will require an EICR report by April 2021.
