As a busy local electrical company we are often booked in advance for a number of weeks however we will always try to handle your request and make an effort to fit your job in to our schedule and meet your timescales. However, there are times when this simply is not possible unfortunately. When you have general electrical work such as lighting changes or additions to your socket outlets, we ask that you always try to give us as much notice as possible and this will allow us to comfortably fit in your work within our normal working patterns.

We take many calls each day where existing or potential customers ask us if we can attend quickly or sometimes even the same day. Here at definitive electrical solutions we try to keep our schedule as flexible as possible with redundancy for emergencies and providing a quick response where required.

If your electrics are causing you problems or you need a quick response because of an electrical fault you can callers and we will do our best to attend as quickly as possible. Sometimes this could be within an hour but sometimes it may take a little longer when our team are working on projects.

When you call our office the team will check the schedule for the day and locations of each engineer, if possible an engineer will be dispatched from their existing scheduled appointments to take care of your electrical emergency. After all, we would hope that most customers would appreciate that us leaving their project for a short period to take care of another customers electrical emergency could be considered a critical response and a big part of how we help our customer base - and we may need to do the same for them at some point in the future.

Here at Definitive Electrical, we always put the customer first. We will always try to fit around the client’s schedule wherever possible and will work flexibly to minimise any disruption.

We know that in some situations, we just aren’t given any warning and don’t have the luxury of booking in an appointment several weeks in advance. This is why we can be on hand to help you whenever you need us.
