Within a couple of days the team at Definitive Electrical had the new board fitted, tested and power restored! My oven broke 3 days before Christmas.I phoned Carl at 9am. He diagnosed the fault over the phone. I asked if he’d be able to fit a new oven before Christmas if I could get one in time. He said he’d be there at 9am the next day to install it. I phoned him later that day to let him know I’d managed to buy one. He said he had someone in the area and they could come right over. Joe arrived promptly and did a brilliant job. Installed the oven and found a solution when the oven didn’t quite fit in the existing space.
